About Our Company
Since establishment in 2009, Mannion has gained recognition within the construction industry in Ireland and internationally for its achievement in building certified passive house and Ireland second enerphit house in 2013.
We first began building a number of Ireland’s first A3 rated properties through the house of tomorrow scheme, following this the decision was made to go one step further and build passive certified buildings. Cyril Mannion, Managing Director, travelled to Germany to gain first hand experience and also to become a qualified European Passive House Consultant.
Our expertise and passion for airtightness has rewarded our team time and time again. To-date we have achieved 5 bespoke certified passive houses and Ireland’s second only certified enerphit passive house. Our lowest recorded result was 0.28 ACH (air changes per hour).
